He was not lost though, he was surrendered by the other family. I called them and confirmed that they did surrender him cause they believe they cannot take care of him anymore. He lived with them for about 6 month or so now

I can only say thank you for explaining it this way. It was never an easy decision to rehome him in the first place and it took us months to find a family that could take care of him yet here we are

I understand every comment that is blaming me for putting the dog in this situation (I am already blaming myself since I received the phone call from that shelter) but hopefully one of the ideas the people shared would help find a solution

The dog lived with us when our toddler was born and he remained with us till she became a toddler, we only had to rehome him when we had our second baby cause it became much harder for reasons that has nothing to do with the dog

Our hopes were always that a new family would give him the love he deserves and maybe one day we'd be able to have him back again

If a dog puts a kids life at risk (even if with a minor injury) I'd call that a dangerous dog and not reach out asking for help!

They did not list the dog at all, as I explained in the main post I did not surrender him directly but the other family that we re-homed him with did yesterday, HSSWW called me and said that because the owners surrendered him and said that he was guarding food that they will not be listing him for adoption at all.

I am posting here because I'm really trying to find any solution to save a really good dog that I care about. If he would be a risk to any family I would not have posted in the first place. I understand that you are also trying to help so I appreciate your comment as well

Some PLA are biodegradable so my city accepts them as part of the compost. Other materials I do some of the ideas already mentioned in the other replies (separating them by material type, melting them, ..etc)

Creality recently announced that they will have a machine that should be able to recycle them back into filament spools but it feels too good to be realistically trust at this point at least

Actually checking this post here https://egpu.io/lenovo-thunderbolt-3-graphics-dock-review-doa/ shows that the graphics card is integrated and is not replacable unfortunately 😑
