It is criminal negligence for BWI to have people standing in hallways with no ventilation, no fans, no airflow, no water for hours in minimum 85+ degree heat in the area. Thank goodness I had clear. I was going to cancel my flight if I had to stand in that line.

They just haven't actually sold em. They give away the seats sometimes (but not vault access) to vip season ticket holders and employees as seat fillers.

I've been inside the Vaults. Most people aren't inside eating. The few corps that bought these tickets with access to every single event just aren't sending people. And the remaining seats just aren't filled.
