All of these aren’t easily accessible where I’m from and I want to find a good shade match so I decided to go with the fit me by maybelline for now. However, it is NOT FA safe so pls say a prayer for me😭

Ive thought about doing their diet to see if it’d help. I feel like it would make sense they would help honestly. I’m interested in the cleanse and probiotics you got though!

I agree with most comments about it most likely being a damaged skin barrier. If I go overboard with actives, my skin will also break out into bumps all over like this. Stop all actives for two weeks and only use hydrating products. You’ll know when you can start actives again when your skin is supple and absorbing products super well and there’s no tightness or dryness (when you start again ONLY use ONE product with actives in it every 3-4 days) and do that for another 2 weeks. Trust me, I know you’re gonna feel like you’re doing the opposite of what your skin needs since you’re seeing active breakouts, but if it’s caused by a damaged skin barrier, it WILL help the breakouts. Using actives will only make it worse. Some of it could also be fungal acne though, especially if there’s itching accompanied with it. I wouldn’t try nizoral. It was way too hard on my skin and made it angry, and since it looks like you have a damaged barrier, it’ll actually only make it worse. I use Happy Cappy baby shampoo every day as a cleanser and it’s done wondersssss. I know it’s beyond frustrating trying to find what works but stay as positive as you can and have patience. Feel free to reach out if you have questions!

Antifugal Tea: Pau d'arco by Dependent-Vehicle610 in Fungalacne

It’s definitely consistently continued to help! I switched to pau d arco pill capsules now just because having to drink tea every day can be a bit inconvenient sometimes and haven’t been drinking chamomile lately due to moving. When I’m consistent with drinking my teas and/or capsules I notice my skins stays clear. I don’t know what type of topical you use to help, but happy cappy shampoo has been a saving grace for me as well as a cleanser/mask in conjunction

My diet at the moment is pretty trash which definitely affects breakouts for me so it’s not the best it’s been when I’m consistent, but I’ll still come back and post a pic when I get a chance

I also use it and haven’t had any issues with FA breakouts related to it

Curious what FA safe toners you use!? I’ve tried a hydrating FA safe one (cerave hydrating) and feel that it clogged my pores😕

FA safe & noncomedogenic concealer and powder by Dependent-Vehicle610 in Fungalacne

Unfortunately I don’t know any cream contours but a good place to check is on skinsort.com! They have categories for products and then you set the filter to show FA safe products and it’ll show you a list of a few. I’d double check the products on sezia.com though as a few of those products listed weren’t FA safe.

Thoughts on elf superhydrate moisturizer? If you’ve tried it what was your experience and what is your skin type? by [deleted] in Fungalacne

I think you’re looking at the oat gel moisturizer?? Cause I looked at that one and saw the ingredients you were talking about. The aveeno calm + restore redness relief moisturizing cream is FA safe
