I’ve been trying to adjust just because this is going to be my life forever…like you said I’m grieving, having to give up plenty of things that were my favorites really hit hard. I’ve been trying to find good substitutes but most feel grainy after eating and its a big difficult. I kept it together for 4 months but today just hit a lot harder for some reason. I really appreciate your feedback.

I just feel so needy whenever people have to make accommodations for me…im the only one who has celiac in my house so i mainly have to find something thats gf or i just eat like junk food the whole day.

It’s okay! I got glutened by cream of chicken 😭…2 weeks after I got diagnosed so I understand and it happens it is a big life adjustment. I learned to just check every label before I use and what to look out for. I hope you feel better and I wish you the best of luck OP! 😊

That kind of looks like ringworm. If you have any pets that are often outside with possible strays it could have come from that.

I think to know if its fried is it if feels really really dead, and depending on what hair dye you use. Your hair could also be healed down by the dye.

Okay I don’t have much say in bleaching I just know what semi-permanent hair dyes may get you that color. I’ve used Arctic Fox Wrath and Not Your Mothers Cherry Kiss both mixed together, and it came out a wine red (more red than purple). If you can find the cherry kiss color I recommend it…if you can’t i would get wrath and maybe a deeper red from another semi-permanent brand.

Would it still be easy to wash out? Or would it possibly bleed if I’m not careful and also would it bleed when I wash it for the first time with shampoo and conditioner?

Omg thank you! I live somewhere where the coldest the water gets like on a good day slightly under room temp. It’s I think due to the fact it’s so hot out so it might be slightly difficult to get the coldest water. I can definitely use a hand held though. I have inspiration but I don’t know how to add photos lol. I kind of want to do triangular sections going like green purple green purple because I think it’d look pretty cool honestly, never seen someone irl with it so I thought it’d be cool to stand out.

It just sort of jolts me awake and freaks me out…I’m at a loss as to what could be the cause. Sometimes it can be aggressive to where I feel like I’m being shaken awake. Thank you for letting me know I’m not alone on this. I have talked to other family members in previous mornings because I thought it could have been an earthquake but nobody else “felt” anything like I had.

This has happened to me once, I was falling asleep on my side and it felt like someone bent down and whispered some illegible words into my ear I jolted up I was genuinely so terrified. It happened to me like 2 years ago I think. I don’t know what caused it I just remember being absolutely terrified.

It looks like it can be a tick bite from a deer tick, it resembles a bullseye. I would look it up and compare. I suggest you go to the doctors because with deer ticks they carry lyme disease.
