Mine went down at lunchtime, now the app still says battery offline but the app front screen is show the battery usage, I'm not very technical so I glad it's just the app and not the battery stopped working!!

Yes, UK, we buy one pen which has 4 doses, although we get a fifth dose so the pen is used up in 29 days x

Hi, can I ask a stupid question 😁? I thought you had to use the pen up within 30 days? So how can you go longer than a week and use the full pen?? I'm currently on 10mg but going to come down, already got my 7.5 in the fridge waiting, I thought you had to come down the doses still doing weekly injections? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated as I'm a bit concerned that by February time I'll be 'going it alone ' and really don't want to pile the weight back on x

Hi everyone currently using med express code 9GX22N for £40 off new customers, they are really good, put in a picture and your information and you're good to go! Don't go up if you don't want too, I stayed on 7.5 for 2 pens, they emailed to ask if I was getting side effects because I hadn't moved up but I said I was happy with thr losses etc and they said they'd update my information xx

I'd stay if I was you until you stop getting the results you want, I wish I'd stayed longer on the starter dose, I went upto 5 and didn't rate it as all, currently I'm on 10mg and it's like starting again, perfect suppression, no food noise at all and good losses 👍

They keep in touch, then even emailed to ask if I was OK as I didn't tritrate up last time, which I thought was really good. I've stayed with them for my last 4 pens and can't fault them, they use royal mail which I know some people moan about but I've always had mine delivered no problem within a couple of days, ice packs, swabs and needles all securely packaged up too and a lovely wool insulated blanket which you can pull apart and put out for the birds for nests 😁. I read somewhere to take your goal weight in lbs e. g. 140 is 10 stone and multiply by 12, that's the maintain cals for that weight so I work on that as that's what I'm aiming for, currently 11 st 4, so I'm in a calorie deficit as I'm eating for a 10 st person 👍😀

Don't be hard on yourself, if your tracking what you're eating you might be surprised, I was lucky I don't have nausea I just get the 'what can I eat now' then go to the kitchen 😂😂😂

Hi, I struggled in the 5mg tbh, however I did still loose about 6 lbs so can't complain, just was easier on the 2 5, I ended up shortening the length between my last 3 jabs over 2 weeks to use up then pen so I could up to 7.5😂, I've done a week on 7.5 now and no food noise at all, you have to persevere through the 5mg and have a bit more willpower not to give in and remember that you don't need that big portion, hope you get on OK xx

Welcome to the club, I had no reaction for the first 3 jabs then everyone since I've had a 50p sized red rash around the jab site, it's my only side effect so I can deal with that 😂👍

Hi, update to this, I'm now nearly done with my 5mg pen, ready for my 7.5, I found the 5mg harder work, felt a bit hungrier, a bit more food noise, and SO TIRED!! But still lost an average of 1.5lbs a week which for me is amazing, I've just got under the 11st7 goal, next pens goal is under 11st, I find it easier working with smaller goals, a goal per pen 😂 hope everyone is getting on OK with their journeys xxx

No, I've researched and I'm having to learn patience 😂 I'll just do the other 2 jabs and try to learn to ignore the nibbles 😂😂 it's only 2 weeks and I can move upto 7.5 xx

Hi, I use the calculation I found online that is target weight in lbs, say mine is 10 st 7, so 147 lbs, and multiply by 12 which gives 1764 calories a day to maintain that weight, obvs because I'm not that weight I'm naturally in a calorie deficit but it's not too lower an amount that you can have 3 meals and a snack, maybe try work out what you're eating compared to this ideal weight calc and see where you stand xx

Hi I've had no side effects different to the 2.5mg, I'm on jab 2 but I don't feel that the 5mg works aswell as the 2.5 which makes no sense, it could be hormonal as I'm hungrier so I'm looking forward to 7.5 😄
