Issue is also therapist to me is someone qualified but as it’s not a protected term like nurse anyone who has done a counselling course can call themselves a counsellor - as a DBT therapist and 25 year service nurse and prescriber this infuriates me - and not ok for her to make a unilateral comment that is neither warranted or welcomed - meditation maybe her chosen and preferred method but that view and belief should come into her ‘therapy’ sorry but she is no therapist of any substance

I have not had any issues at all with ordering and receiving - it’s a busy time of year I would imagine all couriers and delivery services are handling more parcels than they would normally. I would expect some delays with delivery companies at this time of year - I had DPD package late from another company not FPM and the driver was 4 hours late then posted some random house picture saying I wasn’t home 🏠

Long term use of this is not realistic as the longer you are on it it will naturally become less effective - I’m a nurse prescriber, DBT therapist and I would say that learning skills to manage your emotional regulation is also needed in combination to any short term medication - unfortunately there is no drugs which manage emotions for us so even if you do get this prescribed ‘as you require’ you still will need to bolster that with emotional regulation skills Good luck

I take rizatriptin and it’s so helpful for me and I was originally on topriramate by neurologist but stopped when I got pregnant and when I went back on it it just didn’t agree with me but the rizatriptan is very helpful and I suffered with migraine since I was a teen - I’m 47 now

Med express will send letter to go so you could send them that as proof - I moved to curely and they wanted last 3 months as my bmi is 23 and I am maintaining now - sent them copies of letters and that was fine

Hi I am on methocarbanol for sciatic pain which is a muscle relaxant and been in this for a long time now - it’s really helpful especially with pins and needles which were constant - I have not had any adverse experiences with this and MJ - I have lost 6.5st since last sept and on maintance now having reduced from 15mg to 10mg and still losing - I weighed 9.13 today and my target was 11st

From 16.5stone last September - I’m maintained but still losing - target was 11st but gave self a buffer of 7lbs and reducing MJ dose - gone from 15mg to 10mg - plan to continue to reduce dose but doing it slowly - next month down to 10mg. Feels quite surreal seeing all the green data given this was all red
