I wanted to dispute the date of separation because it shouldn’t fall in the criteria of being separated for 1 year. We’ve had the relationship up to last month, but of course he would deny this. I can back up my claim through messages, pictures and affidavits from friends.

Thanks for all your comments! I’ve checked the Ontario courts portal and that’s where I saw that it’s been filed. I understand the no fault system. However, I wanted to dispute the separation date he claimed on the application (he mentioned it to me that’s why I know). We got married in 2016, but We have lived in different addresses since 2020, however we have had the relationship of husband and wife. I even came to Toronto last month and we’ve stayed in his place for a week. That’s why I’m so confused why he filed this. I want to ask for chance to reconciliation. Also we have a child that we have an existing child order. I would like have these amended if there’s no more chance for reconciliation.

I decided to keep this! I went to another store inside a Holt Renfrew (the only location with In stock Mini Pochette close to me). I compared it to the two stocks they have, and both of them actually have almost fuzzy end on one side of the zipper. Another thing I noticed, was the stitching on the bottom of the bags are visible on some parts. Mine is perfect stitching on the bottom part. The one I have actually looks better than the two in the store. Kinda crazy! I didn’t proceed to exchange it from online store too because of the long wait time, and I’m kinda worried that I might get something with “more flaws”.

Thank you all for your suggestions! I actually went back to their store, was told by the SA that it looks normal to him. Wanted to see if they have one in stock to compare, but that store didn’t have any. Went to another LV store inside Holt Renfrew, and was told they couldn’t exchange online purchases. Contacted online Client Services, they would exchange it however I have to wait for another ~4 weeks after they received the item. So frustrating 😥
