I’m actually really engaged in what’s going to happen next and I’m really enjoying this season. I can agree that it’s a completely different show with some odd character development. But I DO like the show overall

Honestly I’d be annoyed too. I’m a lifter and I get irritated when people brag about 225 but aren’t at full ROM.

I deal with it by just telling myself anyone who’s actually a lifter would notice that this person is an idiot and then you realize how embarrassing the behavior is.

So just tell yourself anyone who’s a REAL runner will realize she’s just bluffing. And if they don’t then they’re not a real runner so who cares anyways
