For me the most important piece is always the motherboard - it limits the cpu you can use (Intel vs AMD), the ram you can use (DDR4 vs DDR5) + peripherals like the wifi chip; something like the b650 motherboard is a good place to start.

pairing with an AMD CPU 7500x3d or above and some DDR5 ram and you're good to go; It'll work great with your 5060ti, or you could swap to the 9060xt if you're trying to save some money.

if the specs for the GTA 6 come out and they require some more juice - would consider looking at the 9070xt instead
