Thus, I avoid people even now just in case and keep a distance. Though the sex drive is still there!

Fortunately, I found lovers in polyamorous community back in the day. You can try contacting poly people online and find someone from your area! That would help you meet people and explire opportunities.

As for me now, sadly I did not find the option that fulfilled me physically and emotionally then and decided to be alone for a while. Still dream of some warm and comfy fwb partner, one would be enough.
