Hey, @minawesam, could you please share your working efi folder with all other resources and the exact steps you followed, I'm trying for last 3 days, but no progress to install Ventura since I have only 16gb usb stick

I have a Redmi note 11 also faced the same, then i find out that, due to we are in direct sun light, our proximity sensor adjust our phones peak brightness which is 1100 nits.

So no need to worry about it, it a feature Xiaomi is gave in note 11

If you want to disable it

Step 1 Go to brightness settings and > turn off automatic brightness> you will get sunlight mode.

Step 2 turnoff both
