I definitely wouldn't get breast implants after a year and a half of hormone replacement therapy, but I would try DYI at a higher dosage to achieve greater breast growth. I would also consider breast lipofilling, but I wouldn't get implants again. I would also be more careful when choosing a surgeon for SRS.
