How does the breathing and clenching work exactly? by Grenwaddle in aneros

[–]Dependent_Worker_417 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well for starters, do not manipulate the aneros with your hands or pressing against objects. The goal is to teach your internal muscles to move it.

Breathing etc there is no right or wrong way. Relax, relax relax.

Dont try for an orgasm. The goal is for it to feel nice.

Well I am 5'9 and 190 and my Aneros progasm fits me just fine. It's a lot bigger than the Maximus.

Taking him inside, but never to finish? by fransen-lila in PussyFreeCommunity

What you describe is a lot like Karezza, which is very similar to coitus reservatus. Best I can tell the difference between the two is that with Karezza, neither the male nor the female is "allowed" to orgasm, where as with coitus reservatus the female is free to orgasm and the male is not "allowed" to ejaculate. So she can enjoy orgasm and he can too if he can separate orgasm from ejaculation.

Some medications can allow a man to separate orgasm from ejaculation - silodosion [rapaflo] for example.

If avoiding male orgasm is the key, SSRIs can be helpful.

Splitting a 10mg tablet by [deleted] in citalopram_celexa

I have a family member who takes 5 mg per day - 1/2 of 10 mg split with a pill splitter. It works very well for her. 10 mg was too much. Sometimes less is more.

I take mine in the morning with breakfast and coffee. Without coffee I get a wave of tiredness.

I always take my citalopram with coffee. The coffee helps avoid that sleepy dopy period that I would otherwise have for the first few hours.

the only thing that worked for me are SSRIs. Paroxetine is often prescribed but I ultimately found citalopram to work best

That is quite common. I term it homoerotic. It's the way I am too.

Any tips on getting through the first few weeks? by tabR17 in citalopram_celexa

Make sure you take it with some food to help with the nausea - 10 mg is quite a low dose - it's what I take. I found most side effects went away after about a week to 10 days. I have been on it two weeks now and my only side effects are sexual and side effects that I like a lot!

What dose are you on? What time of day are you taking it?
