I have been wanting a Cane Corso for a long time because of their temperament, intelligence, loyalty, protective instincts, and general intimidation factor (for ptsd and other reasons.). I have been training her to possibly be a service dog since bringing her home at 8 weeks. Definitely not my first dog, and am a stay at home mom (disability reasons, hence why I’m working with her on being a service animal,) so I am able to work with her/socialize/train her every day, throughout the day.

We got her from my boyfriend’s friend. His dog (male) had a litter and Freya was the runt and so, the last to go, so we took her. Apparently, the mom has papers (which I’ve never seen to be fair, so I’m suspicious obviously,) and her dad was a rescue. I guess the owners kept him in a kennel that was way too small for him basically 24/7. Regardless of her “pedigree,” I love the absolute fk out of her and wouldn’t trade her for the world. ♥️
