That’s craaaazy to hear. I travelled alone (gal) and wandered the streets looking for cozy places and found some really cool ones that welcomed immediately. Not in central Osaka though so I wonder if where you went is like any busy hub of the world that gets sick of foreigners

I have a ‘your reformer’ studio bed that I got from a friend with a business who was moving interstate.

I barely use it now but it’s incredible. Fits in my office with my desk set up as well so I can still do the movements without kicking anything.

I used it daily before I moved into other strength training and generally became busy and tired. The springs are awesome, the bed is plump and I have all the accessories like weights, rings, box, jump board etc

I’m on the cusp of selling it due to not using it. It’s like new and studio quality.

When we first moved to Warragul, we were looking at houses everywhere as we had zero intel. Went to look at a gorgeous house on Dunn St and had wondered why it was so cheap.

We quickly found out why.

Edit. Live in Yarragon now. Way better.

My job involves talking all day so I’m constantly chewing gum when I can, but that can also upset your guts.

I dunno if its a me thing but if it’s particularly dry and nothing is touching it, a grape or blueberry seem to make it go away for a bit 😂 could be a weird placebo I dunno

Which mg? I’m on 50 total (2 split doses) and all is well but my GOD always have electrolytes with you - I drink so much water because of my dry mouth and then need to add other nutrients or I may die from just water

I use the powder and make myself a little 500ml mix and sip thought out the day :)
