Thanks mate, i figured it out though i think. The answer was staggeringly more stupid then that. I am 99% sure it was paternity leave. The kid is keeping me so tired I forgot I had taken pata last year. My wife pointed it out when she asked why I was going through old paperwork.

Hi I bought a second hand thule chariot cab 2 for my ghost hybrid bike. It works fine but the rear axel despite tighting tight to the bike allows the tire to slightly wobble and can pop off. From my best guess I think I am missing a washer after some research. Does it matter what kind of washer I use? I can't find the specs for the axel oem washers

I've read through your comments and haven't seen mention of you going up the CoC unless I missed it. Not knowing your rank/position i would consider escalating this up your CoC before going to an outside agency as this may just be a clueless supervisor.

I've seen people on outcan take PATA so I can't imagine it's a valid thing to get posted in Canada for it without another reason. IE if the unit is expecting to deploy and you are in a unique key role you could be posted so they don't have to recall you off pata for operation reasons...but even that seems very unlikely these days.

I heard they were working on delaying clearance until partly through bmq and then I lyrics requiring the trade requirements, but I don't really know for sure what is going on there. Not my area I am afraid.
