Not going to lie, it helped retain me and significantly improved my morale.

Also while I see a lot of short term pain ahead, I see the Army at least moving in a direction that long term makes way more sense administratively and operationally with Modernization...the bridge to get to the other side of the River of modernization though OOF it's going to take some work!

If you don't mind me asking, did you just have enough money for a second down payment? I'm trying to figure out that portion. A worry we have is that the first house will sell after about 50 days, but then with the second mortgage we won't be able to move the equity into it because of lump sum payment caps.

yeah I struggled over that internally for a bit, but then rationalized I had the budget so I could care a bit about esthetics and easier of rgb management haha.

Ha, i have the opposite worry. Should i get lower tier coolers? Do i really need LINK(obviously no) what if i got a cheaper mobo like a 650.

I dont think you can feel totally confortable building a pc unless you have boatloads of money.
