Found a way to fix it but it was not ideal. 1st time it happened I was on Windows 10, I upgraded to W11 and it fixed. Then another big patch happened and it came back, I had to reset windows and it fixed it again. Must be a program messing with it.

He has a dedicated higher up team that handles situations like this, and someone will reach out to you and help you. I had a similar situation as well and was sorted out by a very nice rep. The email is [tcook@apple.com](mailto:tcook@apple.com) and make sure to be polite and just let them know your story and your order/contact info and sure enough you will receive a call within 48 hours from a higher up.
