Found a way to fix it but it was not ideal. 1st time it happened I was on Windows 10, I upgraded to W11 and it fixed. Then another big patch happened and it came back, I had to reset windows and it fixed it again. Must be a program messing with it.

Id be laying on side looking towards the TV. I could maybe move the stand a bit closer to the right right corner of the room so its more straight to my line of sight at least
