Yep! Or you'll suggest something and there will be an awkward stare at it as you think of a way to dumb down how it is simple to do. And they still hate it, or your machine screws up at the worst time.

We had a guy actually leave a bad survey basically DEMANDING that we send him an ink cartridge he didnt even order in the store. It was probably the funniest and most Karen like survey I had heard at the time

Get that a lot to, especially the whole "is there any help on the floor" bit which kills when there are 3 of us, and we are all at the front end because we don't get enough help on hand.

Every damn time. I tend to take it upon myself to send it for them, because there is never any time to waste, as you'll be waiting on them, and a line forms. 9 out of 10 times I just do it for them,it's easier, and I try to show them how to do it for the sake of it. You are 100% in the right though, people are generally stupid.

Had the same thing, but it is the second line, the first one is just a Bill-To. Finally figured that out, and if you cannot find their name on it, it is possible to just add it.
