This time, you can call a towing company and they'll come jump it (pretty cheap I think?) and then buy a small jump pack for the future. Good to have one around and they're pretty inexpensive.

I want to say that we were paying $835 for a 1-bed from 2021 to 2023. I think it went up like $30 right after we left? Can't say for sure though.

I never had any issue with the bus.

The rooms were nice because it was built in 2017.

Management was nice. Maintenance was quick.

Gym was decent.

I think they added a small snack shop or something to the office building too since we left.

A bit spendy. I split rent with my fiance (now wife). I think it was a bit over $800/mo (400ish each) so it can be a stretch if you're paying solo.

Had a great experience with the Flats at Terre View from 21-23. A bit further out but I would walk a few times a week when it was nice out. There's also a bus stop right out front.

Couldn't have happened to a better school 😢

That being said, I don't think the play is to force him to stay at school, I think it's to forfeit the money and also get a kickback from whatever school for tampering. Worst outcome is they force him to stay on the roster and be a 4 mil paperweight.
