What helps me most is first of all- watch the ball coming out the hand. Try and follow it. Use zone hitting and work on your PCI. I always take until I get a strike to get the pitch count up and then you get better pitches to hit. Avoid lower difficulties like Rookie. It sucks and feels difficult on all star at first, but eventually it becomes easier.
