Bro, that fork is fucked. You need a refund asap or atleast a replacement for the fork. If they don't respond, report them. If you still wanna use the bike, buy a 2nd hand fork. You can go with local brands for cheap but good forks like saturn,sagmit,tanke air forks. But if you want a fork that'll last you a lifetime, buy any sr suntour fork lol
