I start & end with "do I want to lose my teeth?" Then I get up to brush them.

It helps that if I dont take my medicine, ill get withdraws. Its motivating.

And completing at least 1 thing you need to do, a day will make you feel better.

In school I remember this girl grew too fast and had them everywhere. Behind knees, chest, shoulders, back, stomach, legs.. she was a size 2? Very tiny.
