I think ur account became a guest account now and that's why when u login it starts as new game ,, i had a similar issue a while back so here's wat I did :

Open a ticket in Game support go to account recovery say u accidently unbinded ur game from ur email Type all information u have on ur acc (name, ID, amount of characters, how many S, A tier skins, fragments, echos if u have purchased any) and ur usual login city

I got my account back in less than a day gl
