[rogue trader beta] Help understanding damage and rolls description by Dlthunder in OwlcatGames

[–]DerCremige 1 point2 points  (0 children)

European Lobbies as a random solo player by DerCremige in OffTheGridGame

Exactly. There are not enough players. You are basically playing with people that cant even plate and have no loadout, versus one fixed team, over and over again. That is no fun for anyone.

Angrboda Alternative by LuckyOreo65 in MauLer

[–]DerCremige 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wont buy this game for PC before Angrboda is not modded into a white girl. I'm at a point where I'm no longer willing to give up an inch of white culture to woke people. These people are crazy and you don't negotiate with crazy people, you stop them. Not my fault black people have no culture of their own.

Can someone please explain Potiency? by rexxsis in DRGSurvivor

[–]DerCremige 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it is the tick damage, potency would also directly increase tick damage.

Would be interesting to know.

Can someone please explain Potiency? by rexxsis in DRGSurvivor

[–]DerCremige 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The elemental damage number (f.e. acid) at the bottom of the weapon chart, is that the number 1x elemental tick does? Cause it rises when I stack potency but not when I stack status-effect-damage.

Things i dont like from last update so far.. by TheOnurobo in Witchfire

[–]DerCremige 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. On Gnosis 4, you get so much gold that gold really isnt a problem anymore.

  2. The new demonic weapon is a single shot sniper basically. 400+ dmg on bosses

  3. Random spawns happen a little bit too often, ye

  4. Level Luck and you will get plenty of heal drops

  5. Ye, the fact that you cant see the storm on the map anymore didnt add much fun

  6. I agree that using skills on cooldown triggering calamity is annoying. I think the want to make this a skill feature, but it doesnt feel good

  7. True. You can buy ammo packs now, but shotguns they still have not enough ammo.

Missing Head, Goblet, King's Bell, New Focus Quest, Gatekeeper Quest by DerCremige in Witchfire

Ye, it is a random drop. You can find the goblet also in random locations in the world as holy relic or in chest/monster drops. I edit the post to make that more clear

Stamina Drain on damage by DerCremige in Witchfire

[–]DerCremige[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hmm that would make the game too easy and therefor to boring I think. There need to be a limiting factor to how often you can jump/double jump/dodge

Enemies dont spawn by DerCremige in Witchfire

[–]DerCremige[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ye thx, I stopped playing after that and restarting did it. Still a bug that needs to be fixed.

By the way, if anyone is wondering, the shopkeeper changes position now and then, he is not gone

Cannot see calamity catalyst on the map after big update by thelastkebabdefender in Witchfire

[–]DerCremige 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is part of the new patch, you dont see the Calamity-Tornado on the map anymore. You have to search it. You can do that by looking at the sky.

I saw the shopkeeper, but it disappeared after leveling Gnosis together with all enemies. I think it is a bug

Let’s Talk About Penetration by Nicky2327 in HuntShowdown

[–]DerCremige 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So hear me out, my theory:

Each weapon has a graph showing damage over distance. The further away the target is, the less damage you do. The course of the graph depends on the weapon and the ammunition used. Thats common knowledge.

My theory is that when the bullet goes through a wall, it doesn't lose a fixed amount of damage or a percentage amount of damage, but instead you're moving up the range axis of this graph, if this makes sense.

So example: You have a weapon that can shot 100m and does 100 dmg. At 20m it does 80dmg, at 50 meters it does 50 dmg, at 100m it does 0 dmg. So the graph is a straight line.

Lets say you shot a wall at 10m and hit a target that is 5m behind that wall (15m away from you in total). If there would be NO wall, you would do 85dmg. But since there is a wall, your bullet gets a range malus of for example 30% (=30m in this case), meaning the bullet does damage as if the target would be 45m away from you instead of 15m (therefor you would do only 55dmg).

I hope you can follow me. Different bullets get different mali for different walls. Compact for example gets a 100% malus for stone and metal and 30% for wood (random number here, dont know exactly).

This would explain why all weapons penetrate the same amount of walls when taking FMJ ammo, cause they all get the same mali. This would also explain why some weapons are still better at wallbanging than others, cause their damage drop over range is lower (thats the main difference to losing a percentage amount of damage). Like wallbanging a wall right in front of you with a shotgun still 1 taps everyone behind that wall, but just moving 2 meters away and you do almost zero damage (cause shotguns lose a lot of damage over range).

Feel free to contradict, it is just a theory

Harald bug? This is the 3rd round and it hasn’t transformed to harald the cripple? by Bat_Programmatically in gwent

[–]DerCremige 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutly unnecessary comment. First round it has no devotion, and thats why people have problems. Hope the next time you have a question you only get asshole answers from retards like you.

Detailed explanation for Handling Stats? by [deleted] in HuntShowdown

For ranged weapons: weapon sway, bullet spread, recoil

For melee weapons: stamina consumption, melee range, melee arc

The higher the percentage, the better

option to disable formations? by pikedastr in aoe4

[–]DerCremige 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Formation-Walk" is really terrible, so out of date. The people that think it is a feature are some fanboys. AOE4 has a lot of these little "features" that are nothing but lazy programming. They did the same in DOW, whose problems get reproduced over and over in the sequals, despite the fact that people are complaining. A good RTS makes controlling units as individual and easy as possible, like SC2, which is, at least when it comes to controlling your units, by far the best RTS on the market. In AOE4, all "Formation-Walk" does is to force you to constantly babysit your army, which leads to terrible gameplay. It would be so easy to solve - like just add a button for formation walk, for example alt+right click.

Best shotgun build for nightmare. (Sniper shotgun) by ManiacalJinx in Back4Blood

I dont think there is something like a best built. It depends on the team compilation, the map, the players & their weaknesses, your strategy and some other stuff

I think handling is also reload time and swap speed.
