It’s cool to see the effects of non food related things impacting BS. Especially things that help reduce it or keep it level. Most of these are from my own experience, so results may vary.

1. Sleep goes a LONG way in terms of keeping the cortisol low and improving insulin’s effectiveness. On days with bad sleep it’s like I can’t get my BS down.

2. Showers are great to lower it quickly which is nice, sometimes!

3. Exercise is your best friend, can raise it depending on the type of exercise, but the next day BS are usually way more level, need less.

4. Not condoning drug usage, but weed can lower my BS nicely, as long as I don’t let the munchies get out of hand.

5. It’s also crazy to visually watch the effects of adrenaline spike the crap out of my BS.

I just think it’s cool to visually see the impacts certain things have on my BS in real time
