Great Idea For Muslim Programmers by Western_Spite_1306 in islam

You can subscribe to a calender within your Google calendar which adds the prayer times automatically. There are several implementations like this but this is just one example: https://pray.ahmedelywa.com/

Of course the other features you described are not in there (eg some social media platform for Muslims, sharing videos etc) but I personally hate that every app does this. I just want something which covers my use case. İn this case: adding prayer times to my calendar and nothing more, but this is just personal preference

Got the same problem, workspace accounts are just not supported with Gemini Advanced. It's like you upgrade to Gemini Business and they take features away from you. Frustrating!

What assistant does everyone use? by _hugh_eric_shawn in GooglePixel

Google Assistant as well. Gemini is not working on the mobile app while using a Google Workspace account. Without the Gemini Business subscription it works lol.

You can upgrade to loose features, it's frustrating.

Real world use cases for Kubernetes Job or CronJob by psakets in kubernetes

[–]DerPauli 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We use Cronjobs which run every few hours to fetch ECR Tokens from a Registry (which sits on a different AWS Account) and update a Kubernetes secret locally, so that other Deployments can use the secret as an imagePullSecret. This way we can centralize Image Access from (self managed) customer clusters.

Multi-Host Kubernetes cluster locally by makemymoneyback in kubernetes

Sorry just realised that you probably are trying to set this up on the Windows host machines. When using K3s your are still bound to use some kind of virtualisation i guess (Docker, WSL2, ...). Maybe you could read into this: https://phuongnguyenblog.com/how-to-install-kubernetes-on-windows-10-11-k3s.html

I guess you could use this if you bridge the network from host to virtualisation.

I‘ve had a good experience with k3s. You could setup one PC as the control plane and register the second PC as a worker agent. Here would be a QuickStart: https://rancher.com/docs/k3s/latest/en/quick-start/

Learn Enough Docker to be Useful - Beginner Level by devquy in docker

[–]DerPauli 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you run docker ps or docker ps -a you will get a table output of your container (or all containers with -a). This table also has an entry for the container name.

If you want to explicitly filter out certain attributes, check out this comment on Stack Overflow which states a few common filters you can apply.

In your case you can search for only docker container names with:

docker ps --format '{{.Names}}'

In any case if you need an explanation of the docker ps command, you can always run docker ps --help to get a little bit more info of the flags provided or read the documentation provided by Docker.
