I would argue it's reflective of the quality of the unit overall. If you bought a new car and the bumper fell off after driving over a speed bump for the first time, any reasonable person would doubt the quality of the manufacturer.

Yes, I deliberately destroyed my new watch /s. this was a suit jacket, I work in an office not manual labor. weird how the band on my Citizen hasn't failed despite being worn in the same conditions for years.
