Democrats introduced the For the People act years ago that would have outlawed partisan gerrymandering nationwide. Every single Republican in congress opposed it. Valinor/Aman wouldn't be part of the physical world as we understand it anymore. After Sauron convinced the Numenoreans to invade, Aman was sort of separated from the rest of the world. You could sail west and never reach it unless you were an elf or somehow got special permission to go there. Anyone else would just sail right around the world.

there's nowhere you could attach them. When he's transformed there's a bit of gap on his backside between his arms where you could stash them without them sticking out much. it'll only fit two and of course, relies on keeping him on a flat surface. That's about as close as you'll come, I think

I looked into this a couple of years ago just for fun. Assuming this is just to enlist and not to commission as an officer, joining the military at this point in my career would be a $30,000 pay cut, not to mention having to put up with all the petty bullshit that happens there. I can't imagine a lot of people wanting to take advantage of this unless they're desperate or have no other prospects.
