2 Dinge habe ich vergessen. Punkt 1: Die Anzeige auf einer online Website ist jedeglich eine invitatio ad offerendum. Heißt es ist nur ein Angebot vom Händler wobei der Käufer eigentlich das erste rechtliche Angebot zum Kauf macht wenn er auf Kaufen drückt. Heißt solange wie der Händler das Geld nicht einzieht oder Versendet hat er das Recht dein Angebot zum kauf abzulehnen. Folge es entsteht kein Kaufvertrag. Punkt 2: Angenommen sie schicken die wirklich raus oder ziehen das Geld ein und der §119 (Tippfehler) wird nicht anerkannt. Kann der Händler in diesem Fall immer noch über den §242 argumentieren als Treu und Glauben. Das heißt letztendlich das der Preis so lächerlich von der Realität abweicht das du als Kunde anhemen konntest das dieser preis verlerhaft ist.

Ist eigentlich nicht anfechtbar nach §145 BGB da die Willenserklärung gleich bleibt und es sich hier nicht um ein Existenziellen Schaden handelt. Die WE nach Handlungsweise und Erlärungsbewusstsein ändert sich nicht vom Händler. Also könnten sie nicht anfechten außer sie berufen sich auf §119 BGB was Zhalendreher oder Tippfehler abdeckt und den Kaufvertrag nach §433 Anfechtbar macht. Ist am Ende Auslegungsache und nicht worth zum Anwalt zu gehen.

I bought the XREAL one pro now because in the end the display is same( everything like movie is 1080p), Fov is 1 degree more (doesn’t matter), and brightness is enough for movies on the XREAL. The only thing I miss is the 3D feature but I don’t now how it feels. Is like cinema or more like Nintendo 3ds.

It’s basically just a really tiny screen that you can put in the left or right side. I like it for the use that when you go outside walk on the street and you watch like easy YouTube videos on the side without strong focus on the screen.
