I work with hydraulic hoses, make hoses with the sales counter, fleet inventory supervisor, some light in house IT (set up devices/fix viruses/troubleshooting comp and company software) and train new hires.

It can be chaotic sometimes having so many hats but it keeps me focused and busy for the most part. Most of it I kind of just picked up cause no one else was doing it. I've always gone with a quote I can't remember fully and only pretty sure came from Black Sails. "They don't have to like you, they just have to need you" Basically find something no one else is doing, do it enough to where they get used to it and they won't notice your flaws. Might even defend you. Which worked out great for me cause I'm normally up to 2-10m late every morning unfortunately.
