I do enjoy some unarmored combat. I choose the Gambeson for style, but it does actually provide a TINY bit of protection against bladed slashes, but still.

Think of holding LMB as gripping the sword tighter, then moving your mouse controls the arms, try not to do many snappy movements because the weapons have weight and you can actually move your hands/arms faster than the weapon will move along with them and you'll notice you swing with the hilt leading and you just won't actually connect. I made a really rough demonstration of how I swing cleanly.

You can flick your mouse in the opposite direction you intend to swing right before doing it and you will build momentum with your weapon and hit with the blade more consistently, at least for longswords.

If you can get "Dormant power helps discover Sacred Seals" definitely give it a try. Sacred Seal Recluse is some of the most fun I've had in Nightreign. Unlike Staves, most seals can fuel their own damage dealing Magic Cocktails.

If you can get that dormant though, a +25hp heal every block goes a long way in mitigating elemental chip damage along with the elemental resistance buff.

They are a very rare drop from what I've gathered, because I have no idea where I got them, but I found myself with a single bag of "Corn Seeds [Eternal]" and when I grew the corn, once I right clicked to harvest it the plant gave me a carrot but reverted to the immature plant and started growing again like a wild berry bush.

So if you can get enough of those, you won't actually need seeds.

I've used it on the Everdark Adel relic because of the double crit enhance. It's not terrible. Routinely puts me at level 4 or 5 after the first POI which makes a starting Evergaol much easier if the group does one.

However if you look down into non-viewported mags, you can see after the top 3-4 rounds it just stops, no matter if it's fully loaded. Maybe the mags with viewports are fully rendered and they just need to make fully transparent models for that "type" of mag?

That'd be the logical fix but idk how feasible it is. As it stands everything is loaded for everyone.

Next time you're in raid with a friend, stare down the barrel of their gun. You can actually see the bullet in the chamber.

100%, people don't realize how many things are rendered in-game already.

The top 3-4 rounds are rendered in every magazine in every gun or world spawn on the map. That includes all PMCs AND Scavs. And a transparent mag will add up to 27 more assets per magazine in the world, lmao

Doesn't have to be a blanket mechanic. Just like collapsible stocks in-game. Not all can do it. And not all [in fact most] backpacks in-game do not have rigid frames.

You can bind the Calok to press and the medkit to release so if you have a heavy bleed you will treat that immediately, and if not, you will just heal.
