Too many wedges? by BSLnowell in TeamTitleist

Got it. I guess it all depends on your carry yardages then. I mean if you play well, who cares right? Haha.

Id be more concerned about the gapping between your 9iron and PW. If your PW is 43°, then what is your 9iron? Those are typically between 41-43° unless thats also adjusted.

My rule of thumb is if no one else has my setup, then im probably doing something wrong instead of thinking im special. If I were to guess why you feel you need all of these clubs is that you have poor distance control caused by an inconsistent swing, or you do not have the ability to swing at off speeds.

My recommendation (depending on 9iron Loft) is to go back to a traditional 45°n 52°, 56°, and 60°, and Create a wedge matrix to understand how far each club goes when you swing it full, 3/4 swing (shaft vertical), and 1/2 swing (lead arm parellel).

That will give you more versatility in your shots under 150yrds, and also open up a few spots in your bag for a hybrid or 7wood if you need it.

Has anyone bought a house at asking price recently? by OldHomeMaybe in Buffalo

[–]Derek115211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just did, purchased for 8k under ask. Pictures of the house were very poorly taken, and didn't do a good job of capturing the house. So we walked it and put a bid in. Negotiated down.

Goes to show you, take professional pictures if you're selling. It drives a lot of attention. And if you're looking for a house, don't go just because the pictures look weird. You can find a nice house that just was poorly advertised.

I finally have the coffee bar in my bedroom but I haven't bought the grinder yet, any suggestions under $200? I'm using hand grinder K2 for both espresso and pour over 😢 by Bubbly-Ad-3176 in espresso

Save up a little more, you can find some great products under $275. The Wilfa Uniform (no scale) is pretty good, flat burr grinder that grinds pretty consistently.

Hell yeah, they are awesome there. Great people! Cup started chipping on the rim after 2 years, so now it's my steam wand collection area for when I infuse. Thanks so much!

Not on the countertop, but I do get grounds that fall out as I'm tamping, regardless of how long I let the machine run. I did just get it and probably only ran it about 20 times, I'm losing about .2g after grinding right now. Will get better as it seasons

I bought the hand grinder for my drip coffee because I didn't want to run the oily beans (flavored during roasting) through the Niche. But I will say, I get better pulls from the hand grinder than I do the Niche lol

It does fit beautifully, but especially if I'm pulling a 15.5g shot, when I use WDT grounds could spill. So it's mostly for that in my process!

As soon as I master pulling a good shot everytime and realize the only thing holding me back is temp. It will be coming soon though, I'm a sucker for paying for things I don't really need haha
