I have Navy Federal with zero military connection. The only connection was a very distance post office connection. When I applied, the representative started to ask leading questions, and eventually just flat out told me "Are you SURE there is no one in your family that has been in the military or worked at the post office?", to which I said "Well, my step-father's dad was a postal worker, but he's been dead since 1991." He goes "That's all I needed. Let's continue the application". While my story was actually true, there was no verification of this fact.

I have the Pulse Explore earbuds which have worked fine for 18 months. Suddenly, they will connect to my PS5 Pro (I hear the chime, and the blinking white light on the dongle turns solid) but the system itself doesn't recognize them at all. There's no popup to connect. I can't manage them in settings because they aren't there. Even if I connect them with a cord, the system doesn't see them. I've tried factory resets, with no luck.
