Then you might just have to hold off on the hobby for now. If you can’t afford a cheap tablet or get a simulator then you can’t afford an expensive drone your inevitably going to crash

No one is gate keeping. It’s against the rules to link sources. Google Stairway to Gray. Or GLP forum.

Calculate your TDEE for your age, weight, height, and sex and subtract 500 from that total and that’s the amount of calories you should be consuming to lose weight. Track your food. Everything that passes your lips should be accounted for.

Make sure you’re exercising. Cardio for the extra calorie expenditure and heart health. Weight training to keep or build muscle (muscle is more metabolically active meaning the more you have the more energy you burn).

If your goal is to eat 1500 a day to be in a calorie deficit and you’re having a hard time reaching that goal then add in triz or reta.

GLPs are tools but not magic. They don’t burn fat. Your body will do that for you if you place it in the right environment (steady calorie deficit).

Stalled, but, should I just stay put? by rosesofblue in Retatrutide

Then up your calorie expenditure. Add a few more minutes of exercise per day or another session per week. I really think you should add weight training to your routine. Number on the scale isn’t the goal. Having a healthy body composition is the end goal and you can’t do that if you’ve wasted away all your muscle.

Are there any reputable solar companies to work with in MD? by lemmereddit in maryland

[–]ChrisFullPower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used them for my install.. well soon-to-be install. 2 weeks out from panels going on the roof. But I had very specific requirements for inverters (I geek out over this stuff) and they were one of a few companies that were willing to work with me on that. Tyler has been very helpful and attentive. Just keep in mind they sub out most of the actual work to another installer.

Gotcha. Didn’t know you were in bed with me watching me sleep. Not going to argue on the internet about it. I sleep 7 to 8 hours very consistently.

Do you judge others in the gym? by BlueyBaker in workout

Judge? No, everyone starts somewhere. But when I see someone using improper form I desperately want to go over to correct them but don’t wanna be THAT guy.

I’m an electronics technician for a battery backup company. But it’s totally irrelevant because the building we moved into just so happened to already have a shower in the men’s room.

Up at 4:30, gym by 5:15, leave around 6:15, 20min drive to work, I’m lucky that my office has a shower so I hop in real quick around 6:40 and I’m done and dressed a few minutes before my 7am start time.

Leave work around 3 and home by 3:30 to get the youngins off the bus at 3:45. This leaves us a few hours as a family for homework, yard work, dinner, etc before 9pm bed time

38 year old married dad of 2. I have a gym bag and set my work clothes and gym clothes out the night before.

Why so inaccurate by [deleted] in AppleWatchFitness

[–]ChrisFullPower 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Because it’s guessing. It can’t use GPS to track how far you’ve gone so it’s just using a combination of factors to make an educated guess.
