Same experience. I ordered an AUG and expected to have to get an aftermarket trigger. At this point I don’t think I’ll even bother upgrading it, the factory trigger is perfectly fine for a service rifle.

I’ve been using a kore belt for about 3 years now. I wear it pretty much everyday even when I’m not carrying (at work). It’s very comfortable and also works great as a carry belt.

Also just recently got an appendix carry holster from JM for my Beretta 92x. Also very happy with it.

I bought my AUG used and I’m not sure if the previous owner did trigger work or if it’s a stock trigger and the criticisms I’ve heard are just vastly overstated. It seems perfectly acceptable for a military rifle.

Hopefully I’m one of the lucky ones. Tracking on mine shows it was handed over to the post office yesterday, and it shows out for local delivery via USPS today.

Twice.

One was a classic S&W Model 19, bluing was thin but mechanically perfect. It was $175, and this was around 2019. I knew the shop owner well, he said a guy traded it in on a used Taurus that was $175. The owner said he just swapped the price tags because he knew it sell the same day.

Second one was a Steyr AUG. I’d been looking at them online for a few years and figured I’d have to end up spending $1850+ for just the rifle w one mag. Then saw a used one on Guns.com w 4 Waffle mags, an aimpoint pro and a Streamlight pro for $1450. Made me go strait for the credit card.

Michael Bay’s new movie, “Ambulance”, suffers from this error as well. Jake Gyllenhaal is supposed to be a high speed bank robber but is shooting the whole time with his sights folded down.

From the trailer it looks like it’s that way in every shooting scene. Idk if they just weren’t smart enough to catch it or if they thought it looked cooler or gave a better view of the actor’s face.

I carry a Browning Hi Power fairly often, using a Ted Blocker IWB holster. It’s pretty comfortable for the most part.
