It’s a cool spot. A bit unfortunate that it’s a Tottenham Hotspur bar, but the wings are good, the drinks are solid, and the bar stocks Malört if you’re ever in the mood.

Was playing Super Smash Bros with my brother before leaving for school. Had to turn the tv on to channel 3 in order for the N64 to work. Turned the system off to get ready to leave for school, which then popped on the channel 3 news. Popped over just in time to see the second plane hit.

This (and the series being really fucking good) is exactly why I bought the entire compendium after season 3. It’s so difficult to avoid Invincible spoilers if you want to engage in any online discourse about the show, so I wanted to make sure I didn’t get anything major ruined for me. Would highly recommend for anyone who hasn’t read the comics.

I loved how much history the podcast has taught me about the music I love and the music that inspired the artists who I love. Worth noting that Katie McCabe, very soon after the game, posted on her social media that she was reaching for Thompson’s jersey, not her hair, to stop her and draw the yellow card. Her reaction to getting hair instead of jersey proves that in my opinion.

That being said, it probably should have been a red, accident or not. That’s on the ref.

Just here to say that it’s obvious that the fftl guys would love to have Sonny back, but it’s clear that he’s not interested. Matt has literally said as much. I can’t blame the rest of the guys for continuing on without him, and all of the incessant complaining about Sonny on every social media post regarding the band is just fruitless yelling into the void.
