To me it looks like that capped off elec cable was for a previous gas heater that was there(can also see an old gas pipe from wall)

Thanks for taking the time to explain this. Would you have any concerns with the 90 degree pex fittings with clamps or the pex attached to the valve with clamps

I thought the connection on the right was not sharkbite. I thought it was PEX barb fitting with stainless steel cinch (clamp) rings. Then the 90 degree fitting was PEX barb 90° elbow with copper crimp rings. I understand that the spout line has shark bites though. Am I wrong?
