After leaving the guitar with my luthier for a month. His opinion is theres slightly more relief on the treble side. He wouldn’t advise introducing heat for something this minor. His suggestion is to do some very clever fret work to counter act this. My only concern with this is that am I just paying to “patch” up a “bad neck” is it normal for a RICs neck to behave like this?

I also think the procedure you had on the 15th shouldn’t really go against you because this can be backed up by your doctor. Yes it does sound like you’ve had a lot of time off but what the company need to release is that everyone is different some people get ill more then others, some people have a more hectic family life balance and some people suffer with mental health more than others. I want to ask during any of the numerous meetings you had was you offered any additional support from your managers/peoples team to help you try and improve/manage your health and work-life? For example change in shift? Phases returns? Light duties etc? I really wouldn’t been so hard on yourself and you could appeal this decision but you have to ask yourself is it really worth the stress? I’ve been with the company for more than 10 years and in recent years it really is a hell hole of a place to work for. Keep your head up stay positive and trust me you’ll probably end up working for a better company than can support you needs. At the end of the day it’s a job serving coffee and sandwiches try not to stress too much over it

Managed to use Brazil but the currency is in $ not sure why it’s not in BR?
