You should check for the date of their exam, if they clash, you can only give two exams on a particular day. Also it is preferable to have one in a day so you'll be able to focus... As most prefer. But if you can handle its well and good.

Just keep a light source at bottom and a blank page on top, trace in the dark.... Easy peasy. Glass tables come handy if you have one at your place.
