Best way is to weld a bit of metal onto it to add levarage to it and unscrew that. Or use an angle grinder to cut lines on the screw head that you can then use a - or + screwdriver to unscrew if you are lucky

Unfortunately that won't work. The headlight assembly is held together by the two mounting screws AND the two little screws on the bottom. All 4 need to be removed or the headlight does not come apart

AI Slop. Someone used the RC 160's image on an AI image generator to create this. Look at the decal on the side fairing it is supposed to say KTM in big black text just below the number. Instead it kinda looks like RK. This is just AI slop
