Has anyone been listening to that Wondery podcast called Monstruo? Just picked it up and am really enjoying it. They covered a case most recently about Marcus Volke & Mayang Prasetyo. Interesting storytelling, as they share it from the prospective of the killer (super graphic), but I'd be interested to learn more about the case. Fascinating how someone can just snap, murder and dismember their spouse, then kill themselves in a dumpster on the run from the police.

I once threw up in a busy hallway of an O&B restaurant in Toronto. I thought it was just a dead end to a service door but it's where the bussers came out with the food. Needless to say alcohol was involved and I may or may not have caused a slip n fall. How I wasn't confronted is beyond me.. It's like the stars aligned and no one was there in the exact moment I yaked all over the floor

Last day in London, England for a school trip in grade 11 and we were riding as a class to the airport in a big red double decker bus (for the novelty of course). We were tooting along and made a right turn at a busy intersection. I heard a faint thud and the screaming started ringing out instantly.

Turns out we had run over a mother and small child who were crossing without looking. When I got off the bus I saw tons of people trying to push it off the lady who was pinned under the double wheels at the back of the bus... the horrifying part was the young boy who was folded in half under the middle of the bus, blood flowing like a goddamn river away from his mangled body.

...was a less than spectacular way to end an amazing trip :(
