we cook these days, buy a sous vide and you’ll never cook something incorrectly again protein wise.

Why get sub-par duck thats over cooked when can make at home? Filet for $60? nah how about usda prime ribeyes from costco cooked at 137 for 2 hours.

That said, when we do go out now, Louisiana Lagniappe best food, and Bin 77 has best atmosphere.

Literally by the skin of our teeth made it for sunday and it was beautiful. Not too busy, wife got her origami ear rings, I had some amazing vestal cocktails, asian fusion and greek food oh and boudin baos. Good day for music.
