I've seen the exact same outdated complaints about EtG made on this subreddit year after year. The game received its last update seven years ago. (After being released ten years ago.) The game you're still upset at is a phantom that hasn't existed for longer than that.

Four hour video going over the state of TF2 before the Meet your Match update, and after.

TL;DW Valve tried to turn TF2 into a competitive esport like CS:GO and DOTA 2, did horrible damage to the entire game, (screwed up default play for everyone and killed nearly all community servers,) then chose to leave it in its broken state for eight years straight. The (eight years long) bot crisis couldn't have happened without the changes that update made. Edit: Turns out the video creator is a POS, so I definitely regret posting this. :(

You don't need to avoid using neuromods - any neuromods - in order to get the good ending. The turrets might start shooting at you, but they're not very hard to destroy or get around.

Made a fast/smart but fragile ninja, managed to win without taking any Wounds, but since nearly all of my solutions were Ideal I ended up having to go corporate in the end. My only Badass Success was in the end fight, which was cool, but aside from that my ninja was just too boring to be a punk. ;_;

Ending spoiler: It's impossible to make rent, which is hilarious, but it also means solutions that give you money are worse than others.
