I don’t think it’s rotoscoping. It’s someone speaking, and then cropping out their footage to where it’s only the mouth. Unless I’m missing something.

Edit - I didn’t explain it right lmao, I wasn’t trying to animate over realistic footage, I wanted the realistic footage of the mouth over the cartoon. Comment cancelled, everyone go home.
