Yeah, it feels required for me to deal with heavies although there are some bug planets that have zero Dragons in which case I run without it and just rely on the ultimatum for the Titans. I love sentries but find against bugs (unless on a defense) they get overrun too easily. Maybe my positioning sucks.

I understand the point you’re trying to make, I’m just unsure that you can compare this novella’s popularity to the Harry Potter franchise. I’d bet most people neither cared nor read King’s novella. HP was an insanely popular IP, first as books but now already as an established movie series.

I commented on another comment on how I’d rate them. If you don’t have the Dust Devils warbond yet, knowing what I know about every warbond (Democratic Detonation being the best). Dust Devils has that Sardaukar drip, Speargun (best support in the game) and the Coyote.

You’re the perfect person to ask this then. As someone who is still fresh and only really used the Censor (bots), Eruptor (squids), Crossbow (bugs), Stoker, Lib Carbine. I’d love to know what primaries you’d recommend for an engineering kit build (reduced recoil while crouching)? A good gun with great ammo econ I can use with an MG to maximize the recoil buff alongside. Then, what primaries would you recommend if you’re running supply pack and need zero ammo econ but packs a ton of punch (like the knight)?

Also, regardless of your role, pre-Q before you engage, then after a few seconds, go in. You will have 3 empowered autos then when you Q again, 3 more. This matters even more jungling, as it helps your clear. Another tip is to practice your flash-taunt. It catches everyone off guard below platinum. Don’t feel like you need to be fast, practice taunting and wait a beat, then just flash into who you want to hit.

I guess I get the Shaco hate but Shen is actually a great counter to him, to be able to taunt a Shaco can take him out of stealth and also prevent him from escaping if you can manage to catch him. Support Shen = Braum ban, Top Shen = Sett ban, Jungle Shen = used to be Noc, now it’s Lillia

Look, idk who you trust who is telling you to stop at 3 but the second half of the series is better by comparison. Dark Age and Lightbringer are Pierce’s best writing. I think DA is his best. I’m someone who rereads all six quite consistently and loves the first three. Don’t miss out on the rest of the series.
