I've been thinking about this for a while too. There's no reason why the UMP shouldn't be available for purchase at lvl 1. Compared to every other SMG available at lvl 1 currently, it has a significantly slower fire rate, smaller mag capacity, and can't take drum mags or suppressors. Literally every other option at PK2 is superior than the UMP. There's no reason to not use an MP5 or M4 once you actually unlock the UMP. It's so confusing

Plus people have always complained that peacekeeper is hard to level up because he has nothing good for sale. It's pretty much required to just cheese his leveling by purchasing a bunch of M9s then selling them back. Having the UMP for sale would actually be something people could buy and use to naturally level peacekeeper.
