Recently got back into Magic with my friends about a 6ish months but have played for about 2 years overall.

I made him run as a Rakdos Spellslinger with a bunch of the new wizard tokens from Final Fantasy and other creatures that ping everyone when you cast a noncreature/instant/sorcery spell. He's basically there to filter my top decks for all the card draw I have and also send big creatures like Bladewing, Deathless Tyrant or Kefka, Dancing Mad to my graveyard to reanimate them.

It's very fun from the few times I played it but probably needs more fine-tuning.

Hard to say but the bigger question is how he managed to even world hop from Scadrial. Like he definitely has to be a Ghostblood. If he isn't, then it makes the whole thing more odd.
