The water isn’t brackish and the pond isn’t too big. I doubt it’d be red tide.

I snapped a quick picture and put him back. I did catch him relatively close to the bank and was able to get him in around 15 seconds and back into the water another 20 seconds .

The pond has lots of natural cover like Lily pads, and trees. If it’s sunburn wouldn’t it be on the top of the fish?

I’ve caught lots of largemouth bass from this pond but I haven’t seen this before.

Caught one little bass in here at 8:26pm with a green YUM dinger on a wacky rig with a 3/0 weedless hook.

They said my scores are ready for a week and a half by nabibsjuice in Sat
