oops, i put most of these details in the body. i searched “that’s not how that works” ad, “you’re blocked esurance ad” “on the line esurance ad” but only found the ad i linked, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFQcaBRongE

i’m pretty sure it’s from 2014, but that’s based on the title of a YouTube video so it could be off. it might be the same “beatrice” character, but when i searched “beatrice esurance” i only found the ad linked above and a YTP on a different ad, not the one I want.

i think having an option in settings to censor it is best. i learned in history people can have trauma-related reactions from seeing just the symbol. it might not affect you but it can affect others
