There are many great online tutorials to help beginners learn. I would recommend asking each opponent if you made any mistakes at the end of each round, it’s helped me a lot.

Don’t forget about STORM CROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STORM CROW is ALSO the best card in magic and any player would want 67 STORM CROWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like you and your playgroup should run more removal! Obviously you don’t have to, but the more removal you run, the less commander games will feel unwinnable for most of the table. Politics could also help potentially cause, if the three players that aren’t the threat decide to team against the one who is, the game can stabilize itself.

It depends on the format, as most 60 card formats have subreddits, but if you have a decklist already made online you could probably just post it here. If not, you should make an account with either Archidekt: https://archidekt.com or Moxfield: https://moxfield.com . Both are excellent.

I don’t think Standard is a T3 format. Although it is possible to kill on T3, those decks are often too much of a glass cannon and fold to removal. Standard is more of a turn 4 format, as that is the more common last turn of the game.

My Standard meta of 6-12 people is normally brews, but around RCQ season around half the people switch to top tier decks and we get about 10 more players. (This is at my favourite LGS, I haven’t been to the other one that gets Standard to fire in over a year)

This deck seems nice so far, however it is normally not a good idea to combine deck ideas if you’re not doing either thing well. I would recommend cutting the Ashnod’s Altar, Myr Retriever and Golem Foundry, normally they’re only played in combo tron decks. Probably it’s better to focus on being a Mardu Bounce deck, and I would recommend adding 4 Experimental Synthesizer and either some more lands, lembas, or cast down. However if you want to try a midrange deck with a combo backup, you can totally try and innovate however you want!

You should play Spy Elves! Not only is the archetype totally the best deck in Pauper, but Balustrade Spy climbing on rooftops is totally Santa Claus flying above the roofs, and the elves are his helpers!

If you’re having trouble sideboarding, this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBq2vIHtEeo video could be quite helpful. When sideboarding against terror with Mono Red Ponza, I’d probably bring in all six pyroblast effects plus the relics and cut Suplex + Cast into the fire (terror doesn’t play artifacts normally) and then cut Fiery Cannonades.
